The Position Identification Document (PID) will provide you with information about the duties involved, and the knowledge and skills required to perform the role.

The Essential Selection Criteria is outlined in the PID. It is a list of skills, abilities, experience, qualifications and personal attributes that are essential to achieve high performance in the role.
To simplify the recruitment process, PID’s provide a list of Selection Criteria Questions for candidates to address when applying for a position. These questions allow the selection panel to make a fair assessment of your ability to meet the requirements of the role and is used to shortlist applicants for an interview.

Applications will be assessed against the selection criteria for suitability for the position. All applicants will be contacted regarding whether they have been shortlisted to interview. This process may occur via telephone or email. Interviews will be conducted and an offer of employment made to the preferred candidate.
It is a condition of employment that all staff at Centacare Catholic Country SA undergo a Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check and a National Criminal History Record Check (Police Check). Employees are unable to begin employment without these clearances.
If you do not hold a DHS Working with Children Check, this process will be internally completed through Human Resources.
