The Employee Assistance Program provides counselling to address the needs of organisations and their employees through a comprehensive range of services, at the core of which is short-term, professional counselling using evidence-based psychological interventions.
This service is offered by your employer to support your well-being in the workplace and in your personal life; with the aim of improving individual and workplace morale and maintaining positive physical and mental health for the benefit of you and the workplace
Participation with the Employee Assistance Program service is voluntary and appointments can be made by self-referral or may be encouraged and/or required by your workplace.
