Family Dispute Resolution (Mediation) Services:

To help families avoid the cost and stress of going to court, our qualified and accredited practitioners provide the following:

• Suitable referrals to appropriate services, including counselling, group programs and legal assistance
• Child Focused Information sessions
• Family Dispute Resolution (mediation)
• Child Inclusive Family Dispute Resolution
• Lawyer-assisted mediation (if both parties represented)
• Parenting Plans

Property Mediation:

We have accredited and impartial mediators with backgrounds in Family Law to assist with property mediation by:

• Helping parties to identify their assets and liabilities (debts)
• Negotiating a settlement that is fair and equitable
• Referrals to financial counselling and legal advice
• Preparing property agreements
